These tablets are quite large, some might find them difficult to swallow.I did, but I got around that by taking them with a small piece of ham or chicken from the fridge in the morning!Unlike some supplements they don’t really have a strong taste or smell, so aren’t unpleasant to take.I have been on various versions of the joint supplements for some time now and these seem to be just as effective as the other brands I have tried for reducing joint pain.As with any of these snake-oil types of product, if you have any doubts you should seek professional advice before taking them in case of conflict with your existing medication.I think they are working for me, and that is as good a recommendation as you can get…

As others have said, smell and taste unpleasant but it doesn’t last long. My complaint as with most things these days. Instructions in foreign languages. What bit of English there was too tiny to read without a magnifying glass! Which is ridiculous when you can’t see how many to take and whether it is before or after food! Don’t know yet if it worth the effort as haven’t taken many yet!

I have been troubled with progressive discomfort, weakness and stiffness in both knees for a couple of years. It got to the point that when I stood up I’d need to wait a few seconds to get my knees to work again, also I could no longer walk with the family or even walk up stairs easily. On top of this recently my wrist have started to ache. I saw a video on the benefits of these type of tablets, it was for a different brand and far too expensive for me to buy. So I bought these and I have been takes one a day now for about 5 weeks. I am shocked and amazed that after about two weeks my family said I was walking better, looked more mobile and was showing g less stiffness. I shall continue with these tablets because they are benefitting me.

Non potevo scendere dall’auto perché dolori forti da non camminare per problemi di schiena , e spesso non riuscivo a mettere i calzini .Assunto la glucosamina due pastiglie al giorno per due mesi , mi sento rinato .Sospendere per un mese e ricominciare altri due mesi e così via .Eccezionale .
