HOW CAN I OPEN THE GLASS? MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. I almost cut my hands badly, for more than 1 hour trying with a knife, very HARD, I hurt my finger and I could not open the glass or plastic. Please Bolo, I would like to complain the sellers. I am very upset, I need it so much. I am Very Disappointed.
