Remember to blot first because the scrubbing action can actually push stains, liquid or odour deeper into the carpet. But for stains and messes, this really is easy to use. Have tried on all 3 types of messes my dog can produce and has worked really well - for urine, I'd probably go to a more specialist cleaner but always have a couple of these on hand for an emergency. Smell is pleasant as well!

So its definitely effective but it's not easy to wash out of the carpet or even dab dry, at least it's let safe! It definitely cleans it efficiently and the smell covers the pet and lasts. Overall the size is good and the spray quality is also good :)

This works so well! Neutralises smells and gets out even the most intimidating of stains with just a few scrubs with the brush head! Only thing I wish it had was an option to switch out the attached brush nozzle for a spray nozzle when needed, so that it can be used for spraying onto solid surfaces and wiping with kitchen towel, as not every ‘accident’ needs scrubbing down with the brush.
