I absolutely love King.C. Gillette Beard Softener. Smells fantastic, I honestly think it’s the best smelling beard balm that I’ve ever purchased. It’s as good if not better than my 4x’s more expensive beard balms. It’s incredibly smooth like butter,,it absorbs really quickly into my beard leaving it smelling great and in the style that I’ve brushed it into. I’d highly recommend King C Gillette Beard Softener over any other beard balm that I’ve purchased since being a beardsman and that’s been six years.

I’ve been using this beard balm for a while now. It works best when I apply it right after a shower. If my beard is dry, it leaves a bit of white residue and takes more rubbing in. But once it’s on properly, it makes my beard look healthier and feel softer. The softness lasts a couple of hours. Overall, a good balm, just better to use when your beard is clean and slightly damp.

I've tried lots of different beard care products over the years and I've now settled on the King C Gillette range. I love this balm, it smells great and does not leave any greasy residue behind.I prefer to rub a small amount into my beard after I get out of the shower. I find its easier to work into a wet beard, you can get it down to the skin easier that way, and get it more evenly distributed. You can put it on a dry beard too, I sometimes do this if I need to quickly freshen it up. This does not have any wax in it so don't expect it to tame straggly hairs that stick up. Either get a wax based balm or grow your beard longer so its sits down naturally.I have tried wax based ones before and couldn't get used to the greasy heavy feeling. This balm leaves you beard feeling soft, and I've not noticed any beardruff since I started using it. I'd also recommend using the beard wash from the same range.Get some!

Product great,Bolo delivery not so great.Been using this product for years and normally buy it from the supermarket on our weekly shop and saw it on Bolo at half price so I bought half a dozen. When it arrived it looked like the aftermath of a Nickelodeon slime show, must have spent the day kicking the package about.Product is great and has a nice smell (subjective). It does soften your beard and help hold the shape when brushing.

This is the first time I tried a bear balm. Had sort of a beard for the first time in my life and heard this would help with it.I can say that I was a bit skeptical, but it did seem to have a positive effect on my beard. I use this after I wash and dry my face, take a fingertip worth of balm and rub it on to make sure it reaches the skin.My beard does feel softer for a few hours after use. Itching is gone and it gives a "fresh" feel to my chin.The smell in nice, smells like a typical shaving foam. However, just after applying it and until it gets absorbed I noticed that there is an odd hint to the smell. Not bad, just a bit off.Upon opening the recipient I thought this was previously used, as there seemed to be a big scoop missing. But then I realised that's just the cream being thrown around and stuck to the cap. This creates a vacuum when first opening it which lifts the cream in places (I think).All in all I'm happy with it and I like it.

Gillette Men’s Soft Beard Balm is one of the best Balm (especially if you keep a beard & shave less) It contains cocoa butter, argan oil and Shea butter which left my beard really soft & smooth and well moisturized. It is quite light in texture & is not sticky. Has an amazing fragrance. Must buy for sure. Prompt delivery from Bolo.
