Some of the reviews mention the net is not very good, this is just a surface skimmer and works perfectly well. I had to cut the tube on the vacuum as it was too long, I also wasn’t sure how to get the air out of the tube but a quick search in the internet and found you need to pass the tube slowly into the water until it was filled with water. But other than that the product is well made and does the job well for a 12ft pool.

Firstly - Forget using this with the pump that comes with an Intex or Bestway pool, it wont pick up anything.I had a pump that was 380 watts or 125 litres a minute and it still struggled to lift dirt off the bottom. I've since upgraded to a monster pump of 1150w or 450l per min and now it actually does really well at picking up the rubbish off the bottom of the pool.The handle extends to a really long length and the little net is great at picking up leaves and other bits floating in the water. It's a must have for any of the decent above ground pools.

I honestly don’t understand how anyone is getting this to work! I’ve taken every bit of advice and tried a thousand times but it just doesn’t work! The tube is too long and no matter what I try I can’t get the air out of the tube to make it work. Do not every bother wasting your money of this utter crap!

I’ve come to terms that Bestway just isn’t quality. I have a very powerful pump but you have to submerge the tube for this to work hence takes some getting used to. I ended up cutting the pipe to a shorter length. Then despite the head that locks it has come off several times. Which basically puts all the gunk you hoover up into the pool. Despite pumps power it’s weak. However the actual long telescopic pope and net is good. Seller good. Just Bestway have been so crud their solar cover is just think bubble wrap and winter cover is awful. Not overly impressed

Hooked up directly to pump but not enough power to use the vacuum so this part is effectively useless. Have use the net frequently with extension pole and this is working well

Comprata poco tempo fa è arrivata nei tempi stabiliti.Otttimo prodottoPrima cosa da fare è tagliare il tubo di connessione della misura corretta per evitare che la lunghezza elevata e inutile riduca la potenza di aspirazione.Molto importante è1) montare il filtro sulla scopa2) connettere il tubo alla scopa3) immergere la scopa facendo in modo che il tubo di aspirazione entri con essa (quindi la parte che attaccherete alla bocca di aspirazione durante questa fase resta fuori dall'acqua)4) inserire il tubo in acqua in facendolo entrare in posizione verticale piano piano piano piano piano... solo in questo modo, sfruttanto la legge della fisica dei vasi comunicanti, il tubo si riempirà di acqua evitanto presenza di aria... quando sarà tutto in acqua e quindi in mano avrete il giunto del tubo vi accorgerete che l'acqua nel tubo raggiungerà il bordo è inizierà a fuoriuscire. è il segno che il tubo è pieno di acqua.5) connettere il tubo alla bocchetta di aspirazioneusato su una piscina bestway powersteel con filtro a sabbia da 5400l/h fa il suo lavoro egregiamente.Non aspettatevi di andare veloce...ci vuole pazienza....ma se avete comprato una piscina avrete messo sicuramente in conto che ci vuole tempo per la giusta manutenzione
