I purchased this as I get a lot of shoulder and neck pain and wanted something to help with this and provide some kind of relief.I found the product easy to use, it has three speeds with a clear difference between them all. It also has an elastic strap on the back so it can be attached to a chair. It also comes with an adapter to be used in the car. The product is a reasonable size as well as being lightweight.I found the massage to be firm but not uncomfortable. I tried it on my lower and upper back as well as my neck. It helped to relax my muscles and give some relief after a day of decorating.

This is an amazing product which does exactly as it says. I bought this to use for my back as I have a desk job and sometimes get back ache from sitting. This gives a deep massage which is very relaxing. I may have to take it to use in the car when on long drives for the pain relief.Fantastic product, highly recommend.

So far after using this on lower, upper back along with my neck it has felt good but at first it feels strange. I can't say much about pain relief until i've use it for a while.I do like the fact that it warms up an ideal product for winter. The time limit is great because you know when you've done 15 mins.
