A basic picture guide is included but there are loads of videos online to show you what to do.The water tank clips onto the back of the machine, I have seen some reviews saying it is a somewhat small tank but personally I prefer that as I want fresh water not something that has been sitting around a few daysIn use the unit heats up quickly and once the heating light stops flashing you are ready to go. Pop in the pod and turn dial to the setting shown on the pod then press start and away it goes. So far have tried the flat white and the espresso and being happy with both.Now one thing to watch out for is the pods can still contain liquid after use so be careful how you dispose of themOverall it’s a compact and easy to use machine which I am very happy with and would recommend

I am truly happy and satisfied with this machine. Been using it for about two months now. It is my first time trying DG machine. It is so compact that it does not take so much space in my kitchen! I can even bring it to my out of town trips I want to. Quality of the coffee is good. The sound it makes is not that loud and it heats up pretty quick! I also like the fact that it auto shuts off after a certain time so even if I forget to do so, no problem at all. Easy to use. There is a more variety of pods to choose from which I really appreciate.The machine though is not that tall so do not expect your tumbler to fit especially if the tumbler is quite tall (not the cup type). I had to transfer the coffee to my tumbler if I want it on the go. My husband though find the taste not strong enough to his liking (he tried the cafe au lait, which by the way is good for me) but I guess we just have to choose a pod that has a stronger flavor.Overall, I would highly recommend this machine. A perfect way to make a cup of coffee at home that tastes like the ones in coffee shops!

Arrived on time and as described but slightly different to the previous model I had which broke.Differences - 1. there is a seam down the back of the main unit, previous model this was a sealed unit.2. The bottom plate where you stand your cup- now has an additional plate coated in a white sticky plastic which started to peel off when I removed the tape from the packaging. I replaced with the sealed plate from the previous model for longer sustainability.

This Automatic coffee machine takes Dolce Gusto coffee pods and is best we've had by a long way. This also makes the best coffee of all the like machines we've had. Options are lit up for you to choose from. Temperature, coffee/ milk balance. Start button quite hard to push, but then again it means you don't actually start it before you're ready. We prefer Dolce Gusto pods for the great variety of coffees, chocolates, and teas you can make compared to other brands

Got this for my son as he loves the different drinks it's good how fast it heat's up so good hot water it doesn't take too much space which is good as it's a small kitchen not a bad price so thinking about getting one for myself.

This is my forth coffee machine over thirteen years. This is the second one of this model. I hope this one lasts longer thantwo years. They have all eventually leaked water all over the place. They seem to get to around 1.000 cups and start to leak. On the plus side ,this model looks good and is automatic, so no more having to stand and watch it make the coffee.The price is good too. The pods have gone up in price, but they do taste good. smaller than the first two, so does not take up as much room on the the kitchen counter.

Oh le bon café !J'ai été habituée au café soluble après une mauvaise expérience avec une autre machine à café d'une autre marque.Cette année, après avoir grillé 2 bouilloires, je me suis dit que le temps était certainement venu de me faire plaisir et de m'offrir une machine à café. Après avoir fait divers comparatifs, lu les divers avis, je me suis tournée vers la Dolce Gusto.Je ne suis absolument pas déçue de mon choix ! Les cafés sont certes de petite taille (pour les expresso) mais le goût est plus qu'à la hauteur de mes espérances. Il vaut largement celui du bistrot du coin. Il est bon et chaud comme j'aime. Oui, car le choix de la température a lui aussi été un élément important. Je n'aime pas me brûler, et de pouvoir le boire bien chaud mais pas brûlant, sans attendre ou mettre de l'eau froide, c'est vraiment agréable. Le cappucino est juste formidable ! La mousse... Le goût intense et doux... Bref, c'est que du bonheur !
Check the plug type before buying
Item was delivered with an incompatible plug. It was a central European plug not a UK in Ireland compatible plug . I cannot use the item until I go out and buy a plug adapter. This was shipped from Bolo it should have compatible plug or include an adapter.
