Large pill, hard to take
Very good, does help but I found them hard to swallow. Very large pill, breaking it in half does help but they are a dry chalky type pill that sticks in the throat rather than a capsule like my other supplements.

They use the marketing text "formulated in Canada" on the product page, but that usually means it was not manufactured in Canada. But it has an NPN number (Natural Product Number) that can be used to confirm that it was licensed in September 2023. There are 2 brand names associated with the license, and the license holder is Smoky Mountain Ventures, LLC dba SMNUTRITION.Similar to the label on the product, the NPN product information page lists 2 medicinal ingredients. Risk information on the NPN page is as follows:"Cautions and WarningsConsult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a seizure disorder."It comes in a container with 60 tablets in it. The recommended dosage is 2 tablets, 1 time per day which should have the bottle last for a month if you follow the recommended dosage. The price was $24 CAD at the time of writing.While I cannot confirm the claimed benefits or the product's efficacy, I see no reason to cut any stars from my rating. I appreciate that it comes with a proper NPN number on the bottle, but not clearly indicating the country of origin is not good. The tablet size is unfortunately quite large. There was also some powder inside the bottle, probably that came off the tablets.
