    This is my new favourite vitamin D tablet because it doesn't contain titanium dioxide which he ESFA has now classed as unsafe for use in food. Well done to High Nature for avoiding this toxin.The tablets are actually very soft, tiny and easy to swallow. They're like bubbles containing a liquid.

    Very disappointed. Why do the manufacturers only fill the jar a quarter full (see photos of an unopened jar). It’s ridiculous.

    Not much of a supplement person if I do take anything that I notice any difference with would be optibac probiotics, and these. Makes me feel stronger for some reason, no idea why.
