The instructions offer advice on where to place the pads for various issues and you also get a set of spare pads. The battery also last for ages and recharges in a very short time. I have used it for about 4 days now for probably 5 hrs a day and only got it down to 40% battery, it recharged to full within an hour or 2…..Also comes with a handy little carry bag to put all the bits inFor the price this is an excellent bit of kit and is really helping to subdue the pain whilst I get through the issue, would highly recommend this. , money well spent and really happy

Wow this is just a brilliant little machine and the cost is amazing for such a box full of equipment. I had an old tens it was fifteen years old and laggy and pads not sticking as they did , so came on here and checked some new ones out , this one gets good reviews and decided it was worth a try. It’s been brill my shoulder feeling better already and it does so much.There’s loads of different modes , loads of different pressures and combos and easy to understandMode. Up intensity to the right , lower intensity left , it’s rechargeable and the the charge lasts for ages , small and compact you can take it in your pocket or sit with it , it comes with SIX PADS very sticky , full instructions easy to understand and a pouch to carry it in if you wanted more space like when on holiday etc instead of taking the box , but the box is small and compact and it fits nicely back when not on use. Love it I’d Gove it more stars if I could ..well done with this one ..

This is probably the best tens machine ive had. It's rechargeable so a lot easier that way. It's compact and easy to use, effective in pain management Pads are good quality. Only thing that would make it perfect is having a clip on it to clip to clothing if you don't have pockets would be handy.

I'd been having trouble with my knee (too much hiking, football, bouldering) Deep Heat and Ibuprofen gel wasn't helping much.I was rather sceptical if I'm honest but, thought I'd give it a go.Everything arrives in a little box. Unit, wires, sticky pads, probes and charger. You can pop everything you need in to the little bag provided.It arrived fully charged and with loads of very sticky pads. Each is good for multiple uses.There is a detailed instruction manual and there's lots of support online. I popped it on to deep tissue and did two 30 minutes cycles over the evening.It was the first night I hadn't woken up needing to take some paracetamol. It was worth the money just for that!While it's not a cure, it certainly is the best way to relieve the pain.

I purchased this item for my husband who is experiencing hip back and leg pain.1 easy to use.2 compact so it can worn while outdoors.3 small so fits in a pocket.4 100% pain relief.5 multiple different settings however the acupuncture setting is very soothing .If you are having regular pain this is the“must have” gadget.10/10

I purchased the rechargeable Tens machine by Auvon, to help with chronic nerve pain resulting from a herniated lumbar disc, for which I am awaiting a second round of surgery. I found the machine incredibly easy to use, and came with straightforward set up instructions.There are 6 settings, which simulate different massage/pressure point techniques, which in my case, take the edge off of very intense pain. I would say, where my pain is severe, on a scale of 1-10, and it is at level 10, the use of the TENS machine takes the pain down to around 3-4/10. For my use, it is not a cure-all, but helps me feel more comfortable. But I feel it would be a great help for others experiencing muscle soreness, or stiffness, after activity.The machine comes with 4 sticky electrode pads, which are applied on/around area of muscle stiffness or pain site. I have used mine for around 12 hours now, and they are beginning to lose their stickiness. I must say, one of the electrodes was faulty, on receipt. I contacted the Auvon customer service to inform them, and they sent me out a pack of spare electrodes, which I received within 3 days.The battery has not gone down/needed charging yet, but it comes with a USB charger . Also included, is a storage holder for the in use electrode pads, and a small drawstring bay. This is great because you can fit the machine cables and pads all into a tiny bag that will fit into a small handbag/large trouser or coat pocket, so you can use the machine on the go.All in all, a great little machine!
