Wonderful product and brilliant customer service
I can’t recommend this bottle enough! It’s leak-proof, very durable, and perfect for outings with our dog—he loves drinking from it, and it’s exactly what we needed for trips on the go.Initially, we ordered the white/small version, but unfortunately, the lanyard arrived broken. I left a review expressing my disappointment, and to my surprise, the company reached out right away. They offered a refund or a replacement, and since I had already reordered the same bottle, I asked if they’d be willing to send the larger version instead. To my delight, they agreed and generously sent the white/large bottle at no extra cost. It arrived just two days later!Excellent product and truly outstanding customer service
Convenient all in one design
This all in 1 design makes it super easy and quick to privide drinking water for my dog whilst on the go. No fiddling about with bowls etc. Doesn't leak, and can return unused water back in, if needed.
Its an ok product but that’s all I my opinion
I like the easy access to water and pouring it back. But after filling up the container it’s not so easy to get it to close properly and on occasion it has leaked because of this. There is a gap and so can’t see if it’s closed securely

Very handy
We love this dog water bottle, so handy on walks and my dog drinks out of it very easily. Very strong and doesn't leak in the bag even if it laying horizontally, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product, a few people while I'm out have asked where i got it from.

Great water bottle for smaller dog. The reservoir capacity is smaller but enough for my pup. Easy to clean, easy to carry, not heavy.

Excellent product, so convenient to have the water bottle and dish all in one, instead of a separate bowl and bottle. My dog loves to drink the jet of water as you press the button ! . Handy strap and clip for rucksack included. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.
Lock switch is very stiff
Very handy way of carrying water for the dog to drink on trips out and walkies. My dog loves the drinking bowl and the product is much more convenient than carrying a bowl and water bottle. However, the lock switch on mine has become very stiff and is almost jammed making it very difficult to unlock to give the dog a drink and lock again to put back in the bag
