Ich nehme die Maca-Kapseln jetzt seit etwas über einem Monat und wollte mal ein ehrliches Fazit geben. Ich bin männlich, Mitte 30, relativ viel im Büro unterwegs, abends meistens platt, und hatte gehofft, damit ein bisschen mehr Energie im Alltag zu bekommen – und vielleicht auch ein bisschen was für Libido und Fokus zu tun.Kurz gesagt: Ich war positiv überrascht. Ich hatte keine Wunderwirkung erwartet, aber ich merke definitiv einen Unterschied. Ich bin morgens schneller wach, tagsüber konzentrierter, und auch im Training (Kraftsport) hab ich das Gefühl, mehr Power zu haben.Ob das jetzt rein vom Maca, vom Ginseng oder vom L-Arginin kommt, kann ich nicht sagen – aber die Kombi scheint bei mir ganz gut zu funktionieren.Auch was die Stimmung angeht, hab ich den Eindruck, dass ich etwas ausgeglichener bin. Nicht so schnell gereizt, klarer im Kopf. Ich nehme jeden Morgen zwei Kapseln mit einem Glas Wasser – passt für mich perfekt in die Routine.Was ich besonders gut finde:Kein komischer Nachgeschmack – oft ist bei solchen Kapseln ja irgendwas eklig, aber hier gar nicht.Großer Vorrat – eine Dose reicht für ein halbes Jahr, das ist echt top.Transparente Inhaltsstoffe – steht alles klar drauf, keine unnötigen Zusätze.Jetzt zum kleinen Haken:Die Kapseln sind wirklich groß. Ich bin da nicht empfindlich, aber ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass manche Leute da Probleme bekommen. Wenn man generell Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schlucken von Tabletten hat, sollte man sich das vorher überlegen. Aufbrechen geht theoretisch, aber dann hat man das Pulver – und das schmeckt bestimmt nicht so geil.Fazit: Für mich ein echter Mehrwert im Alltag. Kein Zaubermittel, aber ein starkes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, das hält, was es verspricht – mit einem kleinen Abzug in der Handhabung, aber deshalb gibt’s trotzdem verdiente 5 Sterne.Ich hab’s mir direkt nochmal auf die Merkliste gepackt. Preis-Leistung stimmt, Wirkung auch – was will man mehr?
