I'm working on a fully blocked ear atm. Made it worse at first. The soft head scoops the wax until u can't get any grip on the wax. But Then I used the foam head which mashed it up more and pulled out big clump. Good product. Camera is good etc. But if ur ear is blocked you should get them irrigated first, then use this to maintain imo.

Do not buy.You have to download an app that connects to the camera through unprotected wifi. The 'app' itself is sketchy as hell. It does recognise that a device is connected but stuck there in a loop, and there is no button or anything to move forward.The device also seemed to heat up pretty quickly just by trying to connect.You can only return/ask for a refund with extra steps, so don't bother.

Great little camera! Very easy to use and really clear images of the inside of the ear. Was really useful in determining the build up of wax so that this could be addressed. Hearing was so much better after was removed. The app was easy to download onto phone and easy to use. Have recommended to all family and friends!

This easy-to-use, inexpensive device revealed that I have major issues with my ears. I got this, because I had a full feeling and pain in my left ear with occasional hammering. With this scope I saw that I have an ear infection as I have severe redness in the ear canal. I also have flaky skin and bleeding in both ears--probably from an autoimmune disorder as I suspect I have Sjogren's syndrome. I'll see an ENT about these findings. I only wish it had a tip for using it as an otoscope instead of a wax remover. One must be very careful with this device as it could potentially be dangerous.

Parfait pur nettoyer les oreilles tout en douceur. Facile à manipuler, il faudra un peu de dextérité au début pour vraiment s'en servir correctement. L'application est intuitive et la caméra est suffisamment de bonne qualité pour le travail qu'on lui demande. C'est un produit que je recommande.

It’s cool that you can see your ear canal when removing wax but it is not a vacuum. It is basically a lighted stick connected to your phone so you can see. But for people with poor hand eye coordination, it is frustrating. Not doing anything for me or my husband and definitely overpriced at $46.99.

Es ist auf jeden Fall gut zu verstehen, was in Ihrem Ohr vorgeht. Aber es ist für mich bequemer, mit einer solchen Taschenlampe die Ohren von Kindern auf Sauberkeit zu überprüfen, während sie auf das Telefon schauen, um zu sehen, was in seinem Ohr passiert. Das hat meinem Sohn geholfen, der sein Ohr nicht gern reinigte und ständig schrie, dass es kratze oder schmerze. Er liebte es, sie mit dieser Kamera zu reinigen!
