Definitely working for me and very fast, no sides effects.IWill buy again once run out of this sort gels.One thing have to say : the gels are very large, I can swallowing them but some people might cut the capsule and add to drink or food for example.I tried lots of brands before these only working for me.

I take 5-6 at more, more than suggested capsules (3) and of course it works better without meal.

It's early days yet for any results, which I am looking forward to.As with a previous customer the capsules came stuck together. However, a quick shame it a couple of bangs on the table loosened some of them with no damage.

I decided to try these as a last resort. I've tried various slimming aids with no results, I take 3 capsules per day and I'm slowly losing weight of 7ilbs within 2 weeks, plus I've cut out rubbish I'd been eating. I'm very happy with results and will order more.
