    The title of this product is deceiving. This is MDF with a veneer on each side. I got it for carving. It doesn't work for that. But I can't return it because I gave it a go and hacked some very unsatisfying marks into its surface. You live and learn., dontcha?

    Very nice for my purpose, (laser engraving), cut precisely and presented well.However,.. you should be aware that this is not cut wood,it is compressed MDF covered with a veneer.It's suitable for art work, laser engraving, painting etc,but not really suitable for carving.
