I've only had it for a month or so, but so far I'm quite impressed. I love the appearance of it. The body of the slow cooker is lightweight, but the ceramic dish has a nice heavy feel to it. Cleans easily. Heats up quickly and maintains a nice even heat. The auto setting is good if you want to leave it on for a long period. For the price, I feel it's very good value.

We've had this for a year or so, and love the taste and fun of trying new recipes. Perfect for prepping after lunch, then coming home to a delicious hot meal. Good value for money.

I have now used my slow cooker about 6 times and tried out all the settings. The auto is amazing as it cooks on high to begin with and then changes to low until the end of the cooking time. However, even using the low setting for about 6 hours makes the meat as tender as could be. The 4 hours high setting I would use at weekends when meals need to be more quickly cooked for a family. Highly recommend.

Now to return the item, which process is a royal pain on the a** as its not easy to do.
