If you're wondering whether or not to by this, just do it, we've had carpets Fownhope for 20yrs and never been properly cleaned and we're thinking about new carpets. Decided to buy the Vax just to see if it made a difference, to say I was surprised is is putting it mildly. Excellent machine and brought the carpets up like new, we nought the ultimate+ pet cleaner and 10/10, easy to operate, just fantastic.

Writing this review after approximately 500 m² of cleaning. The cleaner is easy to assemble and practical to use. Like most similar devices, it is quite noisy, but it gets the job done. To get best results move forward slowly to release the water and cleaning solution and drawback slowly to dry the carpets. Our carpets are relatively thick and were completely dry within six hours. The hose and stair tool are very easy to use and quite effective. The lid on the dirty water tank is a little difficult to fit so make sure the clips are properly in place or the lid is likely to break. The cleaning solution is automatically mixed and I feared the machine would use rather a lot although in reality it is better than I expected.

Fabulous machine! We’ve had a vax carpet cleaner for years and it’s just given up the ghost so I made the decision to buy this model (husband bought a “spot cleaner” against my better judgement- which is great - for “spots” but I want rooms!) This is such an improvement on the older model - easy to fill, so much easier to push - no where near as heavy, AMAZING cleaning (really amazing!) which doesn’t over use the cleaning fluid & the push/pull system is great meaning the carpet isn’t wet through once the carpet is clean. It’s so much easier to empty & clean after use, with easy to remove brushes. I bought it on prime day so fab value for money as well.

This has been my first effort with a carpet cleaning machine such as this one, so I am unable to compare it with other similar types.I am impressed. The machine arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. There is a very good instruction booklet within the box that explained the very minimal assembly required, along with clear instructions for safe use of this device. After only a few minutes I was ready for my first attempts at cleaning the carpets.It is noisy, there is no denying that, much like a rather loud vacuum cleaner. I do not however find it uncomfortably so, but others may appreciate wearing some sort of ear defenders/plugs. The machine will soon go through a tank of warm water while getting a good deal of cleaning done. I like that the machine washes when going forward, and dries when pulled back. The machine can also rinse only (no soap) and be set to dry only.Once I have made at least one pass, I like to rinse, then set the machine to dry only mode where it will suck up a good amount of water, but of course it will not make the carpets absolutely dry. I use a dehumidifier overnight for that, and in the morning all carpets are dry and look totally re-invigorated. I was very impressed how it brings a carpet back to life.There is a small bottle of 'concentrated' cleaner for use on stubborn stains (this goes into the small tank on the handle for pre-treatment) and this works very well, lifting stains with apparent ease. I have not yet used the hose attachment with the smaller cleaning nozzle, but it is nice to have and will be required at some point in the future.This machine is not cheap, but it is well made. It has clear instructions and is easy to operate. Most importantly, it really does clean well.

Fantastic machineI got this machine after looking at many others , this was nearly half the price on Bolo prime day . Also I rather get a machine with a history of making these machines for a long time . This cleaner does a fantastic job on carpets , it is a bit loud but it is powerful and extracts most of the water from carpet . It comes with many accessories too . It also comes with option of extended 5 years warranty so total 6 years warranty .no other cleaner will give such warranty . Bad bits , big and heavy . Good bits , cleaning power , build quality and very functional.

A brilliant easy to use machine. Mixes the water and solution automatically and leaves the carpet like new. AS easy to use as a vacuum cleaner. Highly recommended 5 stars

Works amazing! Absolutely love this! It also comes with a small bottle of the solution and the pre treatment! This item was delivered in a safe place and I cpuld not find it for a few weeks but Bolo was really helpful with that and eventually I did find it and honestly, the best carpet cleaner I've ever used! My daughter loves making a mess and this took all the stains out of my carpet and my sofa making them look and smell amazing!
