Finding proper stainless steel products these days has become a literal chore as so many sellers will advertise stainless steel only to be sorely disappointed once the item arrives and is proven to not be stainless steel at all. This meat tenderiser is spot on and I can verify this is 100% stainless steel. The design is well balanced and heavy enough to do a first rate job without being too heavy. Money well spent! Excellent and highly recommended seller!

Alright, folks, let me introduce you to my new favorite kitchen toy, a tool so satisfying it almost makes me want to start a band called "The Tenderizers." I'm talking about this meat tenderizer, and let me tell you, it's smashing good fun!First off, it's made of stainless steel, which means it's basically indestructible and looks rather fetching in my kitchen. It's got a lovely balance to it – flat on one end for the serious flattening, and little grooved bits on the other for when you really mean business. You can practically feel the power radiating from it!My main mission with this beauty is chicken, specifically for breaded chicken. I started by putting paper on both sides of the chicken before giving it a good whack. to prevent splatter, It turns out, this tenderizer is so enthusiastic, it basically shredded the paper, but in the best possible way! The chicken, however, was perfectly flattened and incredibly tender.Now, if you're into Chinese cooking, you've probably heard about "velveting" chicken. Well, ditch the chemicals, friends! This tenderizer does the trick beautifully, making your chicken super soft and luxurious without any extra fuss. The same goes for steak – it truly takes out the grain, transforming a tough cut into something wonderfully palatable.Beyond its incredible performance, it's just a joy to hold. It's got a lovely balance, it's nice and shiny (and who doesn't love shiny things?), and you can tell it's not going to rust or fall apart after a few enthusiastic pounding sessions. Honestly, it's just a very, very good tool. My only regret is I don't have more meat to tenderize!

Brilliant steak hammer, love it. A bit pricey but well worth the money.The hammer is so light but good and strong, makes tough steak lovely and moist so tender too.Definitely well worth the money, would give this little hammer 20/20 if I could

中国製とはわかっていましたが、いざ送られてきた状態を見ると、中身に問題が生じたわけではないにしても、無造作にプチプチ梱包材で巻かれただけで海を渡ってきた哀れな姿で、最初、なんじゃこれはと思ってしまいました。安いんだから文句は言ってはいけないんですが、選択を間違ったと後悔しました。物はちゃんと使えました。念のため。
