Many that I’ve used just couldn’t cope with my very hairy dogs and I’d end up using scissors for the majority. I got these because masterclip I’ve used on the horses so they are a trusted brand. These went through their fur like a hot knife through butter!No skin being chewed either! My pooches now look beautiful again ❤️

Only draw back is they need to be plugged in so limits movement a little but once you have wire over your shoulder its easy. It is quite heavy but it is good quality and the weight helps with gliding over your dog. Move it very lightly, do not press down on your dog so you can see powerful/deep it goes on your breed of dog. You may have to buy another blade and definitely get the cooler and oil - makes a massive difference keeping it clean and cutting comb like new.

Really pleased with this, it trims my Maltese dog just how I want him. The different heads mean I can keep his hair to the length I want. We put him on the table at home and the noise level is low so it doesn’t bother him. We didn’t want him clipped too close so we trim him often to keep it in check, so they have saved us a fortune in not having to go to the groomer.

Bought these to clip my cockapoo who has more of a curly coat like the poodle , they cut through his coat with no problem even with a metal guard on, a little heavier than my old cordless one but not a problem, also slightly louder but does not bother my dog as he used to clippers, overall I am very pleased with them

Only used twice on my shih tzu and iv had a better cut off my £30 cheap clipper iv followed instructions and never been able to remove the blade, I can't use them now as blade as come apart while trying to remove it to clean clipper iv tried to find how to return them as only had 10 months and been unable to use them for last few grooms total waste of money in my view so disappointed as not a cheap clipper

This clippers is not at all what I expected from reading the reviews, it noisy and vibrates like crazy in your hand, it's heavy and the cut is not great. I have a westie and her fur is not really thick or corse but it was hard work clipping her with thos clippers. It certainly isn't worth the £126 + I paid for it. Quite disappointing really.

These are excellent they go through our cockapoo’s fur with ease, a far better product than the ones we had before. I didn’t consider them that loud either compared to the others. Well worth paying that little bit more.
