I put on 4 stone thinking I was doing healthy living In fact my 4 litres a day produces so much natural sugar there’s 28 grams of sugar in each. Single glassI thought of a long term life style change with all pure natural orangeI’m beheaded to research my weight issue 4 stone due to the sugar content naturally in this orange juiceThis were one life style change not for the better but I’ve blown out back front all over due pure orange juice and it’s 28 grams per glass of naturally occurring sugarsI used for health and detox I blotted out 4 stone heavier within month of what I’d thought was a long term goal lifestyle change mthe only lifestyle change I gained was the 4 stone months after drinks around 2 litres a day.Just shows how do research I wish I had snd k am a researcher but like most people would think same as I didHealth experts say do NOT even have one glass per day as the naturally occurring sugars per glass is equivalent to eating 28 grams of sugar!
