Which for me is wow because usually its 2-3 times a week. They make you go without causing an upset stomach/loose stools. Stools are normal and firm and easy to pass and i have no stomach aches with them. Ive tried literally everything including prescription laxatives and these work so much better. I even had a Chinese takeout which usually gives me severe impacted constipation and ive continued to be normal and regular. These will be a continuous purchase from now on !! Definitely a must have for me !! Highly recommend !!

Highly recommend these! Easy to swallow, just one twice a day. No taste at all. They work great for me. I needed help with constipation from my prescription meds, and lactulose wasn't enough, but these are perfect. Great value too. I'll definitely buy more – I'm now on my third bottle!

Bought the same brand for 5 years worked fantastic and highly recommended if taken correctly. Alas like most things today, the quality started to drop and the price went up to a point it had a negative effect. So trying other brands which ticked the same box until i bought these. Only been taking these for a few months but results are very good. Would be 5 stars but i shall give it 6 months trial first.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I ordered this to help keep me satiated & to reduce snacking & sweet cravings. This item really does it. I like that it’s in a capsule so I can I take it on holiday. If you don’t like swallowing capsules you can empty it in water. Works just as well.This plus a diet really helps to keep you healthy satiated and help helps with weight loss
