I love that the pills are not too big to swallow or irritating after taste. I’ll definitely will recommend

I used these and the other trimester ones all throughout my pregnancy. Found them easy to use, no issues with taste and as it has so many vitamins included l felt it could only help during pregnancy.

As a sleep deprived first time mother, getting in some quality meal planning can be hard to achieve. It’s been a great assurance to know that I am getting the key vitamins and minerals via these supplements. My breastfed baby has thrived on them and gained weight along a higher percentile than his birthweight. My hair, skin and nails also seem to have received a boost from them! Although expensive, they are totally worth it to ensure my babies continued health.

I think this seems a great pregnancy omega 3 supplement, had no real issues with it, except if you dont take it with food you feel like you're burping up the ocean and makes you feel really really sick, especially if you're suffering a bit from morning sickness too, it really doesn't help with it one bit!! To tackle it, just take it mid way through a big meal and all is fine

I’ve been taking Proceive products for a while from the conception sachets to trimester 1, 2 & 3 supplements so I naturally followed on with these breastfeeding tablets. I think they are great, my baby is healthy, I feel good too even though I am only getting four hours of broken sleep a night! I recently had blood tests to check my levels and everything came back perfect. Just to warn you these tablets do turn your urine bright yellow and also makes breast milk slightly yellow

I've been using these since the beginning of my pregnancy and I've had a wonderful healthy pregnancy, I like that is has almost everything I need. I just also take seperate omega 3 vitamins too. Would recommend
