Got the large, they fit but probably could have done an XL, so maybe go up a size to get it right. Good cushioning, and grip, no more sweaty hand slippage. Not a fan of the flag on them, had to cut them off

Good Product But Beware of Sizing
The gloves are of good quality especially considering the price compared to Gold gloves.But be forewarned that the sizing is extremely small. I am a male with average size handsso my first purchase of the gloves was a medium size. They were so small that I ended upgiving them to my five foot /100 pound daughter (they fit her perfectly). But I likedthe glove so much that I reordered in extra large. Extra large fits me well. If you have verylarge hands you may want to reconsider this product since extra large is their largest size.
Excellent Workout Gloves
I recommend these gloves for women's workouts with weights. They are light weight and have a nice grip. Easy on and easy off.

Needed to order a size larger.Medium was tight for medium sized male's medium sized hands.

Small for an XL gloves. Im a big guy, 6+ and 250 and work out at gym all the time.
