It has high-quality metal and is easy to fit in a pocket if you want to bring it somewhere. The value for money is also very good, it has fell down out of my hand a few times and is still in perfect condition. Overall very high quality product and would recommend to others.

Purchased this as a present for someone who really liked spitfires. The item was well packaged so there wasn't any damage at all, which is important if it's a gift for someone.The plane itself is a good size and very realistic with excellent detailing, it has quite a weight to the plane but unfortunately the stand is in my opinion to light weight to hold the plane properly.It's very good value, so I purchased another.

I bought the Hurricane, Spitfire and Lancaster all from this series as a stocking filler gift for my partner who is an airline pilot and plane enthusiast. He liked them and we have them on display together on a window sill as a Battle of Britain flight scene.Well made with decales all in the right places so I have been told!Also the little clear plastic stands are very good for display purposes and you can shape to how you want the plane to look.

It is detailed but just to small
Very nicely done metal model plane
This was exactly as I hoped, all metal (except for the plastic propeller, which is to be expected) very accurate looking plane from World War II. The canopy is part of the metal, nothing to break loose.This one looks to be a Mark I, and by its markings possibly Battle of Britain period. Less famous than the Spitfire, but a very capable fighter that soldiered on effectively well past its prime, in many theaters of the war and far beyond just British service, Artic to East Indies, even launched one way trips off freighters to defend convoys. I wish Corgi made more such models.I am an adult collector. The packaging material suggests age 9 and up. It does deserve the care of a responsible child of late elementary or older, and with such care can last decades. I have some similar planes that really are over 50 years old that saw active play but not abuse.

Sur l’annonce, la taille affichée est de 36cm de long, mais le produit fait à peine 14cm. La livraison était annoncée pour 3 jours plus tard et a été décalée d’encore un jour sans explication. Mon fils était doublement déçu. Après, la qualité semble bonne et il joue avec tout de même, mais ce n’est pas du tout ce qu’il attendait vu l’annonce. Sur la photo, posé sur la main de mon fils de 7 ans, l’avion est vraiment petit.
