Don't disregard because it's oat based - there's other stuff in there to makea complete protein package for muscle growth. This has much less fat than products like Grenade, which has pros and cons. For me, low fat was essential. Low sugar is also good.If these were the same price as Grenade or the other premium bars, they'd get 3-4 stars. But for the price, they've got everything you need in and are pretty tasty. I'd say they're a little dry but not problematically so.ChatGPT looked at these for me and described them as "the thinking man's protein bar". It also gave me a graphic / hilarious description of how they're less likely to cause GI effects.I bought 48 of these for roughly the same price as ten Grenade bars. A bargain I'll happily buy again.

Nice taste to these, got a good blend of choc orange taste, a little sweet maybe for some but right for me. Love the little chunks of white chocolate in it really is a bonus. Macros are also excellent, 20g of protein so is a real protein bar. Like a lot of protein bars this can be pretty dry though, defo need a drink after. This was very good value with 24 in a box, but to the sellers please don't take advantage and inflate the price, at £15.99 for the first box that was great value, next box though was £18.60, and now I seen price is £21, thats way above inflation so please don't profiteer and loose customers. Why I've given a 4 stars.

Great value. Good protein and fibre. Some have commented on the dryness and they are pretty dry but I actually like that - it means I don’t just binge on them like some brands. These seem easy on the stomach. Taste is good. No complaints here. Will be buying more.

I got the chocolate peanut oat bars. I like the nutrition ratios, but didn't get on well with the taste so I won't be purchasing again. It has a firm flapjack-like texture. Very filling. Bought while on sale, so good value for money. But it has an odd flavour to it.

Very impressed with these. 20g protein at less than a pound a bar. Quick and easy. Most of us know what to expect with protein flapjacks, yet I was nicely surprised by the texture and flavour of these compared with most others I've tried. Great product.
