Coating wears off and gets spotted
While the utensils do their jobs, they finish on the product is cheap and wears off. I bought the grey copper utensils that claim they are dishwasher safe, they are indeed not dishwasher safe. I went to the web site and there is nothing for customer questions, inquiries or complaints. While they do have the normal 8-5 hours for customer service, taking the time to call during hours when one has an actual job is not the easiest thing to do. The quality is sub par at best and I would highly recommend buying any other manufacturer than this one if you want something that touches your food to be sanitary or at least look like it won’t make you sick.
Broken Utensil
Product seems fine except for the tongs which had a tear in them right out of the box! :( and another utensil completely came apart when I washed it!Otherwise the look nice and I’m excited to use them!

They are beautiful and the actual part you use is great, but you can look at the handles and tell the coating will peel off in a few washes!
It's nice
I was in real need of a new cooking utensil set since my old one was falling apart. These are beautiful. They work great on my pots and pans but I do find it takes a bit of scrubbing to get them good and clean. I'm a bit upset about how my one spoon looks after use. It is the only one that did it so I'm not sure if it is a defect.
