I've not been disappointed with any guru nanda product. Taste good. you soon get use to the thickness of the solution. if you got any mouth health issues. Guru nanda is my recommended number 1 choice

I've struggled with on and off gingivitis and after only a week of using this pulling oil I've noticed that my gum inflammation has decreased massively!I also had geographical tongue which my dentist said was hard to clear, and low and behold the pulling oil appears to have got rid of the inflammation from that.The taste wasn't pleasant at first, but you do get used to it after a couple days. I like to use a tablespoon and swish it around in my mouth for 10 minutes before bed, use a water floss after/tongue scrapper and then brush my teeth. I have heard of people adding the oil to their water flossers but the instructions are clear that it should be rinsed out thoughoughly after use

The mouthwash is good but it did take me a long time to get used to the texture. The taste isn't that good either bit the mouthwash is effect .

It is amazing at first it felt weird I guess because it is oil, but it is amazing, I had a gumboil in my lower gum and it has shrunk and slowly disappearing. I brush afterwards and use the tongue scraper truly made my mouth feel fresh after, and brought all foods to the surface of your mouth and teeth. Love love love this product. Worth the money. Tongue scraper and floss included. Floss is a must!

Bad taste
It taste awful, use organic cocnut oil much better.
Quality product that works for me!
Makes a difference in gum health after just a few uses. I had a pocket and it has helped. Definitely buying again. Also like the fact that I don't have to pull for 20 min I never had the patience for that do a few min works for me. Nice taste and smell too.
