Feels like wet thick soft paper
I didn't really like it at first because it feels just like wet thick soft paper. It is not like “water wipes” that feels like super wet fabric. It rather feels not so wet. But it has its uses. I find this easier to use for cleaning the baby especially in the areas where “things” need to be picked and not spread. Ive finished 432 sheets and so far my baby has no rashes. Good for its price.
