This is a great quality printer which was easy to set up. I was easily able to store it on my desk and it's really compact as the label go inside the printer. Looks really good and I can transport it with me when needed

Purchased to speed up Vinted postage - zero regrets! Pumps it out sooo quick, great quality, so bloomin easy! Set up was quick - just make sure you watch the YouTube of how to feed the paper (if it spits out multiple you didn’t follow instructions) once set you are good to go. Came with a roll of labels too, and with internal storage the whole thing is neat and tidy.App easy to use, I save the label to file, access the file from the app, crop, rotate if needed and print. Spits it out immediately (scared the bijeezers out of my hubby).

This is a fantastic little printer, easy to set up with an app on your phone. The printer quality is awesome. It’s a nice size to fit on your desk. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is selling online for example eBay or vinted. I can print straight from the royal mail app. Perfect!! 🤩

Very happy with this printed.Easy to set up and pair with my phone.The print quality is good.The only problem is that sometimes, for some labels, the name and address are very small and difficult to read, so a bigger label is necessary.Overall I would recommend.

I downloaded the free app and used this for the first time recently.I used the Royal Mail website and purchased the erm ‘postage’? and the label screen I simply saved the file, opened the Jaden app opened the file, sized the label accordingly and then printed it- very fast and easy very straightforwardVery satisfied customer 👍

Update: After some research and further tests.I found the need to resize EVERY label was an eBay label setting error.Make sure on desktop (or viewing ebay desktop mode on mobile),that the label print setting IS 4x6 size, NOT Letter size.Then the PDF you get, which you can open (when you click save) in Jaden’s printer app.Will be formatted correctly, which eliminates the need to CROP the label before printing them.Okay, that takes care of that which I anticipated would be incredibly frustrating to do each time one needs to print a label.Now; the need to have location on is VERY strange, but like I mentioned in the first write up,the label is fine, and the hardware is also fine.So IF Jadens, would remove that ANNOYING need to turn on your location Every time,and FIX the bluetooth disconnection problems and NEED TO RECONNECT the printer back to the app often (-1),this could be a solid choice.So I’ve lifted my 1 star rating to 3 (4 if BT connection issues to app fixed),but make sure your label is saved in the 4x6 or correct format to your label size.And you’ll have a good printer, if you don’t mind the printer constantly disconnecting and you needing to have your location services on eating up battery too!Hope that helps;and I’ve left my previous review below untouched.———————previous review———————What I printed with this (the ebay label) worked fine.That's about it.The App is USELESS.You can't setup any template, except the 2x2 ones which you can edit, not sure if you can save.But it doesn't matter because I didn't buy this to print round stickers.It seems EVERY time, I had to RE-CONNECT the printer to Bluetooth!And they need your location for some weird reason. Every time, not just for initial setup.Also it's just Bluetooth, so not sure why they need location information.AND you have to F'in crop each label before you can print it? LOLImagine when you need hundreds of labels (that's another reason I bought it, in anticipation of needing to automatically print labels.) But seeing how LACKLUSTRE the "APP" is, I have no confidence in connecting a desktop to this. Nor do I want to install any of their windows or mac apps on my system.It's annoying, because though I'll get my money back, I've wasted time buying this thermal printer.I'll see if I can get something that many say works. About 2X the price (second hand), but something that's proven to work is more important.The hardware I had no issues with. The operation part, the printing part, it did print between 2 labels, but that's because it wasn't aligned properly; the BS "app" is just terrible.I didn't try the iOS version? Maybe that would work better, but I know I don't want to waste any more time or energy on Jadens stuff.Printing quality is good, IF you'll only use this every once in a while. If you want this in anticipation of auto-printing labels from orders without having the crop and print each one, every time?LOOK TF Elsewhere.I had this at 2/5. As I finish this it's more 1/5, because it will NOT do what it says, and they're wasting people's time.

I purchased this printer in July after doing a lot of research and looking around. I wanted one that would be Bluetooth compatible and contain the labels on the inside of the printer so I didn't have to have two devices and a bunch of wires on my very small desk. I hesitated to buy this because I heard that Dymo printers were the best and this one was an unknown brand (I figured I might as well spend a bit more money on a printer that was good, rather than only a little bit less on one that didn't work well). Thankfully after looking at the price and some of the reviews of the Dymo, I decided to purchase this one and made sure I had time to return it if need be. This has to be one of the best purchases I have made for awhile, I waited a few months before leaving this review to make sure everything was good and so far my printer works great. Setting it up seemed daunting at first but if you follow the instructions it's actually super simple, clear and straightforward. Every question I had was answered somewhere in the instruction manual. The Bluetooth works better than most, I can print from my laptop from the other side of my house when other Bluetooth devices I have do not reach near as far. I can't say anything from personal experience about the Dymo because I've never had one but if you're looking for an affordable label printer, I would absolutely recommend this one. :)

Easy to use with Printing services, Just Not amazon return labels

I love this things, I use it for 3 of my shipping label services and it works out amazing, if you are looking for a machine to do Bolo return labels, look elsewhere, I tried their pdf upload thru the mobile device, and it is a real pain, and takes so many steps, its honestly just faster to just print to printer and cut and tape them. I like how it prints first class mail, it is still to blurry for stamp metor mail, but I am working on those settings. the Footprint on this is very nice and fits in a small area, con is everytime there is a power outage or you turn it off, it pushes two labels out no matter what :( I live in Michigan where we get high winds and bad storms and lose power about once a month at least, and I know we lost power by just looking at the label maker cause it will have two plain labels out :(. We had a really bad storm come thru and the power flickered like 3 times in 2 mins, so yeah that was fun :( I just went thru and turned all the machines I have off, my house sounded way to robotic.lol

Terrible in every way

If I could give this product zero stars I would.It prints in the middle of two labels (it can't tell where a label starts and ends.) In the middle of the night it will spit out the entire roll of labels for no reason. Between each label print attempt, I have to turn it off and on again. It makes random beeping sounds and the light blinks red. It's a pain to change the printer roll because you need two hands to handle the roll, and a third hand to keep the lid open while your two other hands place the roll on the spindle.Avoid this item and save yourself the hassle.

Saves time and money

This printer works great and has saved me time when I make labels no more scissors. I use my phone to print labels and the only con is every time you want to print a label you have to crop the label to print correctly. The Bluetooth connects every time, hasnt jammed.

Highly recommended!
