This ketone meter seems to be accurate as my results correspond with my meals and activity levels.I have not had a single error thus none of the strips have been wasted. They only require a small blood sample which is easy to obtain with the included lancets.My only complaint is the price of the strips needed once the 10 included have been used. A pack of 10 is only £3 cheaper than buying the whole kit!

The set up instructions are terrible, but once you figure it out, it does what you need it to do, though a couple of test strips wasted and the lancet applicator ruined en route, mind you.Unfortunately, there is zero info on what the readings actually mean. Ended up having to Google the test result, though Google info varies widel, so I still don't know for sure if I'm in a state of ketosis, or not.

Y el test me dice que tengo 0.1. 0.4 en cetosis. Eso no tiene sentido. He escrito al fabricante y nadie me contesta. Decidi devolverlo.

No lo recomiendo, las tiras reactivas son muy caras.
