Brilliant machine easy to operate. I have knee and leg problems and I really believe this is helping.

tldr: I think the machine is actually working, my legs feel better after a week. It's expensive though, and I think it should have come with the carry bag and full access to the app.I bought this as I my leg muscles have been twitching and it's been highly disconcerting. I also have bad knees, and thought this might help as well, as it has the tens adaptor. After some research, a physio friend recommended this to me.Pros: I have used it for a week, at least once per day, sometimes up to three. And my legs feel better for hours after using it, better than they have in a long time (and I am happily surprised by this). The machine feels mostly solidly built, and it was easy to pair the App to the machine. It's also cordless, which means it can charge and then go with you if you want (handy for the office). The sensation is a bit odd at first, but push through it, you will get used to it very quickly.Cons: You have to buy the carry case for it separately for around £20, I feel for the price it should come with it. I went to use the knee function in the app as the machine comes with a set of Tens pads, but you have to purchase it for an additional £30 (and they send you an extra two sets of tens pads). This annoyed me as it comes with the SAME Tens pads that they send you...but you don't have access to all of the apps...which felt a bit like a cash grab to me. The app also stopped pairing on day 2, and I had to call Customer Service, and they had me push a pin into a hole in the side to reset, it has worked since, and I am hoping it continues to do so.Overall, I like it. I think it's doing a great job. However if I were to buy one again, i would probably get a different make and go for one that comes with everything included. But if you're looking for one that works...I would say this one is doing what it says on the tin so far. I will update this after I have used it more.

My friends recommended this product to help cramp and knee pain. I can honestly say it works. My leg cramps have gone and my knee pain is so much more reduced. I have been using the machine for 8 weeks now and have noticed a significant difference in my legs. So happy I purchased this product and would recommend to anyone suffering from leg cramps and/or knee pain. The tens part of the machine is wonderful for pain anywhere.

Extremely happy with this item was very expensive but has seem to have solved a lot of problems with my Achilles Hill which I damage seven years ago on the pad seem to work. I am very pleased with the results of just doing my feet and ankles every day. brilliant piece of kit.

After watching all the adverts ov tv 1st with Ian & now with Claire I thought i would try this to relieve my Restless Legs and cramps in my calfs at night.1 week at level 30 for 30min as coached it was great2nd week coach says L30 at 60min which would have been good had the machine not starting giving electric shocks through the rudder on left foot side.It's not part of the Stimulation as the electric shocks were on little toe & arch of foot,and extremely sore and painful enough I had to remove my foot off the device. I know the difference between the EMS Stimulation and feeling and electric shocking.Although I had great expectation of this device and hoped for relief in my RLS, I have boxed it up and requested a return via Bolo as only 2wks old.The manufacturers need to do more quality testing of this device over along period of time as 2wk & then faulty is not good for reviews or future purchases.It's up to others if they take a chance buying this product but I would not recommend it after the electic shocks I was getting from the device & faulty in under 14 daysVery disappointed 😞

Easy to set up, download the app, and use. Powerful contractions and plenty of scope to increase the intensity going forward. I have been using it for a week, so too early for results. Easy to fit into my normal routine while watching TV in the evening
