Having used Sage from H & B previously with some success at stopping the hot flashes, I ran out and was not taking any for a few months, during this time the hot flashes were raging, day and night and much stronger than before. Searched through Bolo and found these and bought them, I’m two weeks in and intially the hot flashes were just not as strong which was great but now, absolutely nothing!! I’m over them moon and can sleep and wear clothes without worrying about sweating!Definitely recommend for hot flashes.They are a chunky tablet so do need a good glut of water but I suppose you could cut them in to two if you struggle, definitely worth it!!

These sage tablets are helpful to my daughter who I believe has struggled especially during the really hot weather with hot uncomfortable flushes, a good natural product, good value, thanks.

I got this product recommended by a friend to combat my night sweats. I was told that it may take about two weeks for the supplement to work. It started working within 3 days. It’s a great alternative to hormone replacement therapy and I love it.

Been taking these to help with menopause symptoms and night sweats. I think they work but can’t be sure as it’s been hot with the weather still sweating. Going to finish of bottle but I don’t think they do any different to the cheaper alternative I was taking before hand can’t tell the difference.
