I choked on my liquid 2 weeks ago it terrified me my son suggested a thickener for my water I use level 3 it's brilliant put my mind at rest with the level 3 option no more choking or going down the wrong way now I also tried a bit of vimto in a glass and water and then pored ut in and mixed it was lovely and refreshing

Needing to make Level 4 fluids and pureed foods thickeners are necessary but some are not completely satisfactory. This is good with very little lumping, hot or cold, and easy to use. Happy to recommend.

My mum had a stroke many years ago and has recently developed problems with swallowing. Also we were finding it difficult to keep her hydrated as we could not get her to drink sufficient amounts of water. Now we use this product and although it does not change the flavour of the water she obviously enjoys the thicker consistency and is drinking a lot more

As an older person I sometimes have trouble with choking when I drink. I can make my water as thick or thin as I like. It's tasteless and odorless and works great. Just make sure you put it in a dry container, add some water and mix it before mixing in the rest of the water. Wait that few minutes for it to work and you're ready to go. I haven't had any issues with choking since using this!
Great Thickener for Fluids and Food
Highly Recommended for Dysphagia** I recently purchased Clear DysphagiAide to help with thickening liquids and food due to dysphagia, and I am really impressed with the results. The powder dissolves quickly and seamlessly in both water and juices, which is a huge plus. It doesn’t alter the taste of any of the drinks, so you can enjoy your beverages without any flavor changes. No dislikes, however, I hope better quantities choices are made available. The pricing seems acceptable. It is easy to use and the measuring device/scoop is well thought out! Will buy again! This is a good buy! Bye!

Dysphasia thickener
Product mixes very well if used as directed (in a dry cup). Taste and consistency is smooth and good. We have tried other thickeners and did not care for the taste or consistency.
