I am on a weight loss diet; snacking is my biggest failing, so I was happy to give these a try. I had tried similar in the past. As well as being a good appetite suppressant they could help burn fat faster, many trials have been done that show this to be true. I took one capsule around an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner, on days where I skipped breakfast, I only took two in the day. They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. After three days I noticed I didn’t feel hungry in the evening so didn’t reach for any snacks. I also notice that as well as not wanting to snack I have more energy so hopefully my metabolism is having a boost too. Unlike fad diet pills these are all natural and I have had no side effects at all. Very happy to continue taking.

It’s great that this is a vegan product and is clearly marked so on the packaging and the product page. The fact that it is a vegan supplement isn’t reflected on the very reasonable price of around £5. You’re taking one capsules three times a day. Each capsule provides you with 500 mg. The capsules out of typical size and straight forward enough to swallow. You get a long expiry date of about 18 months from the time of ordering so plenty of time to use this product. I like the fact that these fat burners are all natural and derived from fruit. Unlike others I’ve seen there is no additional ingredients such as caffeine included. Overall definitely worth giving ago especially at the current price.

Very disappointed to find when the product arrived that each capsule contained only 500mg and not the 1500mg as advertised. The description is false advertising. Do not buy if you want 1500mg of Garcinia Cambogia per capsule.

It’s easy to swallow. I have been using it for around 2 weeks but I haven’t seen any change. I have been taking the recommended amount but can’t tell anything till now.
