    I use it as a scalp & hair massage oil once a week before shampooing! Very invigorating . Looks like good quality but I am no expert

    My partners been taking it everyday ( apart from when he misses 2 weeks every so offen) for a while now and he said he can definitely tell the difference, he feels so much better in himself, at first it tastes vile but he only had a tiny bit at first then worked his way up, this one is a better one as you get more for your money, we was getting 100ml for the same price and there's no difference in them so this is definitely the best one we've found upto now

    What awful product. I read up on it for health and was trying to drink a spoonful each night. I was like four stroke motor oil. I had to stuff salt and vinegar crips in my mouth after drinking this to try and get the horrid taste of the oil off the inside of my mouth. I tried my daughters Black seed oil and it taste completely different. It’s supposed to have a peppery taste. I found out it has to be cold pressed black seed oil for the best quality. Something to do with how it’s processed.
