I came to these shoes while searching for a pair of running shoes. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical due mainly to the lack of a recognised brand name, I suppose, but the reviews I read convinced me that they were the way to go.I'm very glad I did, they are very comfortable, look good and didn't break the bank. I'm usually quite wary of buying shoes online because I've quite large feet, and sometimes this causes a real struggle - my efforts to buy AstroTurf trainers of late, for example... but I digress - the fit with these trainers is immaculate - it's rare to find a pair of shoes that fits so comfortably.I've yet to seriously test the waterproof claims, but I have gone running in light rain a couple of times and they held up well enough.All in all, a very satisfied customer who would happily recommend and buy again.

I got my second pair of these trainers. I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot, &, I use these for work. With decent insoles, (I use scholl plantar fasciitis pain relief insoles), they are a bit of a god send. Comfortable & supportive from the moment you try them on & so they really help when you're on your feet all day. My first pair was the same & lasted approximately 9 to 10 months before needing to be replaced. When you think about how hours, over that time, I had worn them they are value for money. Of course anyone with plantar fasciitis would probably pay anything for the pain to ease, &, these do the job without a massive expenditure.

FitVille Mens Extra Wide Fit Trainers Running / walking shoes Size 9. Mainly very positive. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitus periodically. I am a standard size 9 but usually have to buy size 9.5 in trainers to get the right width. These Fitville trainers are genuinely wider fit not just in the toe are but the whole trainer, so a size 9 fits perfectly.The shock absorbtion is very high particularly in the heel area, and arch support seems ok but not as pronounced as say my ASIC trainers. Broadly a very comfortable trainer . I haven't tried them in the gym so far, preferring my regular Asic trainers, so just used for general walking around. I will give them a few gym sessions to see how they cope with some rougher treatment.At the price £53.00 they represent good value for money.I have deducted 1 star because of the design of the back of the heel. This is quite high and well cushioned so comfortable, however, it does tend to impede getting my feet into the trainer in the first place. Even with laces loosened most of the way down my foot still catches the heel and as it is very soft it pushes down into the trainer.If this keeps happening in a short time the heel will become very warn and soft and the heel support will be degraded.if the heel was slightly stiffer to make putting the trainers on easier I would have given them 5 stars.

You get what you pay for - I have big feet that are thick as well as wide & bought these because was fed up with extra wide trainers in my size from brands such as Reebok and Hoka always being out of stock in store or unless ordered from sites charging well over MRP.So these are a cheap but not very cheerful alternative to the premium brands and after a season with them I would say they’re OK for walking a mile or two outside in dry weather but not for wearing all day long or any more intense activities. I found the toe box is too tight and chafed after wearing for more than an hour whilst both the ankle support and ‘cushioning’ is minimal and the shoes aren’t spacious enough for me to add a memory foam insole. If your feet are wide but slim and you just want them for light / occasional use I think they’d be fine - unless it rains in which case your feet will get wet as they are definitely not waterproof!

As someone who has been through a lot of surgery on my feet and ankles I always struggle to find shoes that will accommodate my wide feet. I purchased the extra wide fitting shoes. Honestly I wasn't expecting them to fit but in this case they fitted very well. The only issue I have with the fit is that it narrows very quickly towards the toes. The shoes are very comfortable, but don't offer any ankle support. The soles have a decent grip. I won't be running in them but wearing around the house I have been finding them very comfortable and lightweight. The swede finish on them unfortunately seems to be a bit of a dirt magnet and I've found that they can crease at the toes quite quickly. Let's be honest, nobody is buying these for how they look. They don't scream fashionable, they are suitable for someone looking for practical comfort shoes, the big brand logo is a bit much for me, I would prefer smaller non text logo. They do the job fairly well. My pictures are of the shoes after wearing for a month.

The perfect shoes. Got size 16 xxw and they are great. They look amazing, walking is easy with them, they are easygoing to clean, I hope they last a long time. It helps with the fatigue, my husband has fig feet but these are light also. My husband slips these shoes on and they provide great grip as well,

These shoes are great. I pretty much wore a pair out, after wearing them for a couple of years, out so it was time to replace them. I ordered the same size as before (8.5 EW) and but when the new ones arrived, they were significantly smaller than the ones I currently have (same size). I took a pic with the shoes side by side and it was very easy to see the difference in size. I returned them (Bolo makes it incredibly easy) and ordered another pair, but larger (9.5 EW). These fit well. Apparently, these 9.5s had been returned by someone else because the bottom of the shoes were dirty, indicating that they had been worn outside. The rest of the shoes had no indication of wear and I'm not going to sweat it. The 2 previous pairs I ordered years ago from Fitville had no problems. My bottom line: Small issues aside, the comfort of these shoes, especially with the wide box, makes these Fitvilles an incredible shoe, especially for the price.
