Purchased this therapy putty to aid my recovery from a scapholunate ligament tear. After being immobilised in a cast then splint for a total of 12 weeks, my wrist, hand and fingers were incredibly stiff and weak. After just 48 hours I can feel a difference and I more movement in my joints. Great that the pack has 5 different strengths. Still using the softest putty for most exercises but about to try the second strength for my finger stretches. It’s going to take a while to recover but this putty will certainly help.I ordered in the morning on Saturday and it arrived the same day!

I was recommended I use these putties by my physio after a severe motorbike accident and they have definitely helped to build some strength back into my hand. combining this with stretches has helped to get a lot of functionality back that I had lost. For that alone these were a really good buy for the price.They don't leave marks on your hand and don't become overly stick from the heat of your hand but make sure you keep them away from your upholstery as they would be very tricky to get out.Its been useful to get the multiple different strengths as it has allowed me to progress in my recovery. my only negative for these is that for me there isn't quite enough of each strength to be comfortable. After I combined these with some I was given by my physio it became much easier to preform the exercises I was given. However if you have hands on the smaller side then I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem

My physio suggested that a buy putty to help build the strength in my hand. These tubs arrived quickly and have a good variety of strengths. The tubs are small ... enough putty for me but I've a small hand. But keep this in mind if you have a large hand. Easy to use, not sticky and bright colours.

Does what it says on the tin - small amounts of putty - but enough to exercise your fingers/wrist. I got to help recuperate after a radius fracture.

Really good price. Only one was used as the others were found to be too hard to use but clearly not the right product for my autistic daughter.

Indicato dal fisioterapista per la riabilitazione post operatoria di una mano è un prodotto perfetto e molto valido: ogni colore corrisponde a un diverso grado di fermezza e la quantità è quella di un pugno. Il materiale non sporca, non unge e può essere usato moltissime volte perché non assorbe la polvere né il sudore della mano. Consigliatissimo.
