First cream I’ve used. First beard. Only been growing for 6 weeks now. I’ve got a very solid, dense curly beard so it has been quite the labour of love. Decided on this for the tenderness, itch and all the other annoying things that come with a beard. First night put too much on but it felt great! I felt comfortable all night and the whole of the following day until my next shower. Didn’t use quite enough that night, was very dry and itchy etc…by the morning. On the third night I went somewhere in between night one and two it worked perfectly. Didn’t really follow any guidelines regarding quantity so best to work that out for yourself. I did follow the remaining instructions though. All in all, 10 out of 10.

The product itself is ok. I read another review that said it has no hold, and that’s true, but it’s pretty good for softening beards, so maybe that’s enough for your needs.However, the packaging is not great. It has a metal lid, so if you keep it in the bathroom, and any moisture gets on this, it’s going to rust. So I’ve got rust in my product, which isn’t great. Not when you’re spending so much on it. Why they didn’t choose a plastic lid, I’ll never know. Yeah, metal is more “premium”, or gives the illusion for such a product, but frankly I don’t want to massage rust into my beard.I’ll be exploring other options for my next purchase. You might want to consider this, too.
