this is a very nice sized throw that is really good quality material and woven very well.the herringbone pattern looks lovely and the banana skin yellow is a very pleasing shade of colour that isn't too bright or oversaturated.out of the packaging it has a little bit of an "old" smell (reminds me of my grandparents houses) but it soon goes away once it's had a chance to air out. i'd probably pop it in the wash on arrival just to help speed it along a little.for £25 it's reasonably priced but not a bargain.we use it to cover the bed during the day as our dog likes to go and sleep up there to get some peace and quiet if things are noisy. so an extra layer of protection that's easy to put on and off and looks nice is very handy.we're very pleased with it though.

It’s made from cotton, so it's breathable and soft to the touch, which is perfect for layering or using on warmer days.The size is just right for draping over a sofa or bed, and I love that it came ribbon-tied, making it feel a little more special. However, it’s definitely on the lighter side—not thick enough to be a go-to blanket for cold weather. It works more as a decorative piece or for light warmth, but if you need something heavier, this might not be it.The only thing I’m unsure about is how well it will hold up over time with frequent use and washes, but so far, it’s been holding up fine. Also, upon opening the bag, the throw had a musty smell to it.

The Allure Audley Herringbone Sofa Throw looks elegant, but it had a noticeable smell and felt rough to the touch. I’d definitely recommend washing it before use. After a wash, it may soften up, but initially it’s not as cosy as expected for a 100% cotton throw.
