This system is high quality and looks neat once fitted. It's robust and works a treat in sliding action. For heavy doors you'll need to pay attention to the manufacturer's advice on the method of fixing, especially of the rail. I also fitted runners to the base which means you don't need to rebate the bottom of the door to accommodate the guide. Either way it's critical to fit it properly in place because an amateurish job could easily hurt someone if the rail is not firmly fixed. However this particular design makes the entire job easy to do and gives a pleasing result that works brilliantly.

This is an amazing product fantastic quality beautifully made it looks brilliant wasn't sure at first because the price was so low when I was ordering but we love it thank you my barn door like brilliant.

This kit is made of heavy gauge metal and good solid quality, slightly let down by some design quirks and a poorly laid out set of instructions. The most annoying issue is the tube joiner, which has three screws, as you naturally centre it with the middle screw at the joint, as soon as you tighten that screw, it forces the joint apart. If it had two or four screws, it would not be an issue.To stop the bottom of the door from swinging an inverted T-shaped guide is supplied; this requires a 20mm slot in the bottom of the door, I don’t know of any doors manufactured like this and routing a slot on such a bulky item as a door is not easy. Far easier to buy a U-shaped guide, which would be more visible but much easier to fit and adjust.I used this kit for a bath room door although it is described as a closet kit, one thing I hadn’t thought about is the gap between the door and the frame which is about 15mm, great for ventilation, but not so good if you want to keep noise or smells out.There is no way to adjust the way the door hangs from the track, so care is needed when measuring the holes and which is tricky if your walls or door frame are not perfectly square.
