It makes great coffee and is totally reliable. It does use quite expensive water filters and quite expensive cleaning tablets - but it feels a small price to pay for such a great machine.Easy to use - for both long and short coffees. The full power espresso, if you set to full power, is an eye opener!I am not sure Jura make anything else other than coffee machines. It shows. They're the best.

Machine very good and as described with the high on the water tank broken. This is not an issue as it can now be lifted off and replaced easily. A bigger issue was the missing water filter extension for Claris smart filters. I purchased one but had difficulty doing so. Look at my review under the extension 72231. Jura told me it was 72502 and all extenders were different. The 72231 fitted.

Makes excellent coffee. Trouble is the user interface. Click the button to start the coffee then panic because the previous user had changed the strength and volume of water. So, you have maybe a couple of seconds to adjust while the coffee is being made.If it allowed the strength and volume to be set before the request, life would be less stressful.
