These are good quality longvida curcumin capsules that work out cheaper than other brands I've used. The 400mg capsules are smaller than usual so easier to swallow if you struggle with this. The packaging and branding is decent and I'll be using these again when I need to order more.

Unlike another Longvida Tumeric product from Ingenious that cost more I felt not much on this one. I wish it worked like the other Longvida product . I gave 3 stars because this is good value for money the price compared to the other one .

I switched to this product when the one we regularly got wasn't available - it seems to be of good quality & helps reduce inflammation. We use it as a supplement for our daughter so have to open the capsules to use the powder - it does stain but it works.

I opt for Longvida because of the studies showing that it is more absorbable and is particular good for brain health. The pigment of the curcumin in this supplement is strong unlike some other brands I have tried which aren't as robust. Would recommend.
