These cost a little more than the cheap brands but they are much better made. The case lid is held in place magnetically and is satisfy to to click on and off! The bits fit snuggly into a foam liner. In use the bits are strong and effective and the screwdriver handle is magnetic so the bits stay in place. I've been using IFIXIT for years for advice and so I bought this to give something back and support the site. I highly recommend these.

The quality of this set is amazing. The bits are all well made and very durable. It's a good small little kit and the case is very protective and well made. The smaller bits and more obscure ones like the game bit are so handy to have. Well worth the money for the quality of the item

After my son mentioned these, I thought I would give them a go. The quality is great, it hs all the bits I would need. The case is well made and well thought out, and would highly recommend these to anyone who does small repairs to electronics.

Bought a cheaper set with more tools included. Waste of time. Pozi tips rounded after removing two screws etc. Bit the bullet and went for iFixIt. Wish I'd done this first. Good tools. Well made. Nicely stored. What's not to like? Recommened. Very much so.

Great bit of kit for the price as the bits are the same as what are supplied with the more expensive kits. Only differences are the number of bits - but the supplied ones cover 99% of fixings that most will come across & need a precision driver for - & a-something else to bear in mind is that the driver handle is made of plastic rather than aluminium which are supplied in the more expensive kits. This is the only drawback for longevity. I have a couple of Manta kits for daily use with aluminium driver handles & this smaller pocket sized kit is handy to put in a bag or keep in the car for the odd case that you may need a precision driver set when out & about. If the driver handle was aluminium, then it would get a 5/5* review, but have to remove a star because of this. Aluminium driver handles are available to buy on their own but they cost more than this kit does, so if thinking of doing that you would be better off buying a larger kit & savng some money along with getting more bits (obviously unless you don;t mind spending more as you just need a precsion kit that fits in most trouser/jacket pockets).Everything else is your standard iFixit quality & design with the lid being perfect for holding any screws removed, along with organising roughly where they came from out of the device due to the embossed raised grid lines in the lid. The magnets hold the lid on securely enough for carrying around in a pocket but if dropped may seperate from the base - but that is to be expected without physical catches to hold closed.Also included was an iFixit logo sticker to stick onto the surface of your choosing such as toolbox or computer case (if you like that sort of thing).Highly recommended.

One of the best screwdrivers I have used for electronics. There are a head for almost any screw you would come across, the only head that I didn't see in there was a gamebit for old GB games, I could have just not seen it but I have a separate screwdriver for that and just lazily used that instead. I use this screwdriver all the time and have since bought a 2nd one. Has great magnetism and seems well made and should last a long time.

If you need a precision screw bits look no further. The kit comes in standard bit sizes so you can use them with other grips. Unlike those cheap screw bits made from cheap alloy that break easily, these are made from hardened steel. Do yourself a favor and get these instead.
An incredible set for the price.
Fantastic set. Contains a lot of security screws for popular game consoles and cartridges. It’s compact and the bits are clearly labeled for quick access.
Perfect driver set for hobbyists!
Excellent driver set from iFixit. I've used it several times for taking apart laptops and small electronics. It has a magnetic lid, which you can flip over and use to keep track of screws. Also, the blue top of the screwdriver sits in your palm and can spin freely as you push down on it. Great for the price!

Perfect compact size bit kit. The foam inside is sturdy but soft. There's a nice rubber texture around the screw handle. The durable plastic shell is help together by strong magnets.Very happy with my purchase.
