One of the better pre workouts that i came across by accident. 4,000 l citrulline is decent dose; most pre workouts under dose this and mix it with malate. Overall, good dose of caffeine and citrulline for 28 servings at 20 - 15£(when on sale) is very good, and its also tested for banned substances.

I've tried a few other brands over the years . This one is great taste great and 15 to 20 mins you get that tingling which I've only had off a couple before and you feel energised. I suffer a lot with tiredness so I take mine at dinner it boost me through my work day and training. By bed time it's out of my system ready for a good night's sleep. I stopped taking them just before training due to struggling to sleep . That's my routine that works for me . Definitely recommend and will keep buying this product and it was cheap .

You are getting 28 servings here and at the current price of Around £20 that is well under a pound per serving. And the servings are a decent size with 17.5 g scoop inside. This gives you a powerful hit of 250 MG of caffeine along with the usual creatine and aminos. It dissolves well in the water and the blackcurrant and apple taste is quite pleasant. You get a best before date of around 18 months from the time of ordering so plenty of time. It comes in a tub which I prefer over a pouch just because you can easily reseal it. It’s also interesting at the top is see-through so you can easily see how much you have left. This is something I’ve not particularly seen before.

Really enjoy it. Good focus and energy. Also surprisingly the flavour is spot on, is more like a nice juice than other pre-workouts where they can often taste really artificial.
