This is my second time purchasing this product. They have made a huge difference to my iron levels. I suffer from iron deficiency anaemia, which means I’m usually feeling fatigued and lack energy. I stopped taking Moringa for a short period and that caused my iron levels to drop dramatically. A doctor asked me what I was taking/eating that raised my iron levels to normal and I realised it was Moringa. I found Kiki Moringa capsules because I don’t like the taste of Moringa powder. These are a good compromise and they don’t upset my stomach.

I really like this brand, as everything I've tried from Kiki Health has lived up to my expectations.I'm new to Moringa as a supplement, although I've used it in beauty products, so decided to give this a try.I've found it to be effective and easy to take.I've noticed my energy levels are much more balanced.I'm not crashing out as soon as I get home after work.The capsules are also easy to take with no upset or side effects.Great product.

Faulty product, had no seal on bottle , internal seal had been removed, and curious as to whether or not capsules were intact I counted only 29 instead of 30 therefore will not take these . Was given full refund.

Having read about the benefits of taking Moringa sometimes called “The Tree of Immortality” or “The Miracle Tree”, as experienced for millennia in Africa and India, I obtained this bottle of 120 Moringa Organic Leaf capsules containing 500 mg each by Kiki Health. The bottle is dark glass which will preserve the contents against the sun. No heat is used in the manufacturing process which will ensure the retention of all nutrients. The supplement contains nothing artificial and the casing is made from hypromellose reported to be a vegetarian substitute for gelatin. The lot no and expiry date (2.5 years in my case) are engraved on the underside of the bottle. 2 capsules a day are recommended so that the supply should last 2 months.Moringa has many vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids and anti-oxidants. Among the many benefits reported in the scientific literature (a good report dated August 2021 to read is “Moringa oleifera is a Prominent Source of Nutrients with Potential Health Benefits” published by the National Library of Medicine), albeit mostly in tests involving test-tubes or animals, are enhancements of the brain and gut function. As I have problems with the latter and may have problems in the future with the former due to the fact that I am ageing, I felt that this supplement might help. I also hoped that it would stabilise my energy levels.Having only taken these capsules for two weeks, I have not noticed any positive or negative effects but supplements can take a while for their effects to be felt and each person is different. As regards energy, I have not noticed any increase or stabilisation and, when I have had insufficient sleep as happens regularly since I suffer from nocturia, I have had to resort to my usual “pick-me-up” which is Ginseng. Since Moringa is reputed to reduce high blood pressure and I suffer instead from low blood pressure, perhaps this action cancels any energy-giving properties in my case.Well aware that supplement effects vary in time to take effect and in their nature from individual to individual, I recommend this Moringa supplement on account of its purity and its reasonable price for a 2-month supply. 5 stars.

It’s getting embarrassing reviewing KIKI Health products as I invariably give them good reviews, and I’m going to do so here again for their excellent moringa leaves product, which delivers a potent and pure source of these nutrient-dense leaves in convenient capsule form. Moringa is getting a name for itself for its protective properties and rich vitamin, mineral and antioxidant profile, which makes it a useful adjunct to a healthy lifestyle. In particular, it may help stave off certain age-related eye problems and possibly regulate blood sugar levels. As always, I would check with a health care professional for advice before taking supplements where these problems occur, but as it’s also believed to reduce fatigue it can be freely experimented with in this respect (while keeping to recommended daily guidelines, of course).I haven’t been taking moringa as long as other health food supplements so can’t comment upon its long-term effect or effectiveness, but I certainly don’t feel any worse for taking it, and admit that I do feel that little bit better and more energetic for doing so.I do like the KIKI Health brand though and feel confident taking supplements from this supplier. The capsule shell is, I believe, semi-synthetic (as most of the type probably are), but the contents are entirely natural with nothing added, so no binders, fillers or whatever else. What I do like, and of which is why I tend to favour the KIKI Health range, is because they use manufacturing processes that preserve the essential elements in their products, which makes their range much more useful, effective and beneficial.There’s 120 capsules in the bottle here with a recommended two-per-day usage, so 60 days’ supply, which is about average for the price. Capsules have a slight taste, but it doesn’t linger.If wishing to try this wonderful natural product then this is probably the way to go.
