I like the fit, they are just right and not too baggy or tight. I take 36 and found that a 38" fits nicely so order the next size waist up from what you normally wear. Lots of pockets although I don't need the flappy pockets at the top so I just tucked them into the normal pockets. I will order more for sure.

36w x 32 leg.I am 6'3" and in some products the sizing is fractionally generous.As I am not normally a 38 waist I looked for a product with some elasticity for when I wear thicker cold weather clothing and need the tuck in factor,these would be a struggle putting excess strain on the button.As for quality they are reasonably good for the money but if like me you work in an industry that is more abrasive on clothing these trousers maybe too lightweight and may not last long enough,but you get what you pay for.There are a good number of pockets which seem to be well made.In conclusion if you think that you are borderline to the size you normally take you may have to gamble on upsizing especially in winter if you need to wear more tuck in clothing.

These are not "slim fit". What they are however is a "slimmer" fit than other brand work trousers. I have worn many brands over the years and up until now, the Apache brand was the closest I could find in fit to a pair of jeans. I found that other brands had extremely high waists which meant that if you wore them with the waistband in the correct place, the crotch was hanging down somewhere around your thighs. Neither extreme is preferable hence why I bought so many pairs of Apaches. They had a jeans height waistband but were very baggy everywhere else which I did not like. The Tuffstuff trousers are more like a regular fit pair of jeans. The waistband is in the right place, as is the crotch and I have to say I like them very much indeed. They are however quite thin and light so there is no warmth to be had in them if you happen to be out in the cold.The Tuffstuff kneepads are too small for the knee pockets and the pockets themselves are a bit too low but not overly so. The available leg lengths are very strange and I would have preferred a 34" leg length but there you go. Unlike other manufacturers, these trousers have the hammer loop on the correct side i.e. right but it is too small to be of any use so that's a pity.Other than that and the fact that they aren't made from preshrunk material which means you can't tumble dry them otherwise they might turn into shorts, I have to say I'm very happy with them.

Spot on for a slim 5ft 10" 16 year old. Definitely slim fit...5th pair of trousers ordered and the only ones that aren't too BAGGY and had to be returned. Perfect!

Quality work trousers. These are so comfortable and I love the extra pockets for tools and random items. The material seems like it's going to last a long time.I only wish they were water resistant, believe me when I say they get wet very easy. I clean fish ponds and on more than a few occasions they didn't help my embarrassment when I had a few problems with the hose!I have bought a few pairs because I also feel comfortable walking around town in them as casual wear. Especially when I think I might get doing a job on urgent notice.Very happy and the lack of water resistance not enough to drop a star due to the reasonable price.

Bought these trousers and a pair of shorts from the tuff stuff range before. Can't reccomend more.Really good material and overall quality. Comfortable to wear for long hours and breathable. Material is thick and resistant to wear. Not very restrictive making them easy to work in as well. As for looks, well they look like work trousers lol.Really good value for money as well. £30 for a solid pair of work trousers is an absolute bargain!
