I add it to my morning smoothie (everyday) and as it’s neutral in taste/flavour then I can then add in whatever fruits and vegetables take my fancy! In such a short period of time I have noticed a huge difference already in both my hair, skin and nails. I am using a smaller scoop which measures a good tablespoon daily rather than the huge one provided in the tub which in my opinion is vastly oversized, yet I am still benefiting in an amazing way.The two negative things which are more environmental rather than actual contained product ….is the size of the tub is way too big (I can barely get my hand over the lid to open it) and when you do open it you discover it’s less than half full 🤨 Plus like I said above the scoop inside the tub is huge and grossly oversized. If you were to use the scoop provided I’d say you’d go through this pricey product in about a week, that’s if using on a daily basis! SO a message to the manufacturer…Downsize these two items and you’re on to a winner. (( I’ve juiced and smoothied for many years and nowhere have I seen in recipes and books recommendation for that amount of supplement) such a huge scoop are generally found in products such as whey protein for weight gain!)

Received an expired batch - so will have to return the item (best before October 2021) Aware that best before means best if used before a certain date but when buying something new one would expect to receive a product that has not passed its BB date by 7 months unless clearly discounted for that reason!! Disappointed as other than that, have used the product before and I appreciate the mix of ingredients, its neutral taste without any added sweeteners. If it weren't for the date issue, would give it a 4 stars because I have tried many vegan protein powders and this is the only one I have actually used, finished and reordered. Haven't been using it long enough to feedback on the benefits.

I brought this product as it was recommended to me as I am 72 and need to supplement to help my skin and bones. I like this particular product as it is plant based so can be used by vegetarians and vegans. Lots of vitamins and minerals and can be added to smoothie or coffee or tea and probably any other drink. So easy to use.
