This is a must in my daily routine! I have a few ailments and this is the only supplement that is curing almost 100% of my conditions. No after taste. No smell. No side effects. Just positive experience, much less pain.Update: had an mri scan, inflammation has been massively reduced & ultrasound showing scar tissue is gone. I will continue to use thank you time health!

All the blurb sounds good and I do have some scarring that it could work on - took them with food at first but they actually work best on an empty stomach so I’ve started that way now. No noticeable side effects and easy little tablets to swallow with no smell (always important to me). Time are a good UK brand with a good ethos of no fillers and nasties so good value for a quality product

I bought these capsules after listening to Clive De Carle who reported these enzymes had shown very promising results for those people who had scar tissue and who suffered from adhesions. They contain an enzyme that eats “rouge proteins” which are scar tissue and adhesions. I have both but it was the adhesions I particularly wanted to ward off as they have caused some serious issues for me from previous surgeries. For them to be effective for scar tissue and adhesions, you have to take these capsules at least 2hrs before or after eating. (ie, on an empty stomach) I don’t take them every day, but 2 or 3 times a week. Of course, the only way I will know if they have worked, is if I manage to avoid a hospital stay (or major emergency operation) for another bowel obstruction, as happened to me in the past. It’s been 3 years now and no health issues at all! These tablets also aid digestion and gut bacteria if taken with food. If you want to know more about this supplement, look up Clive de Carle. Started taking these on my 50th birthday (which is apparently when our own bodies’ ability to clean up rogue proteins falls off a cliff!) Took 2 capsules daily, immediately upon waking, 2+ hours before having any food. All good for the first 2 months, but then I started noticing I was getting mild stomach pains/nausea/discomfort every morning between taking the capsules and eating. Spent a couple of weekends away when I didn’t take them and realised the stomach ache had gone. Resumed taking them once back home and it came back. Stomach upset/nausea IS listed as a known side effect for all brands of systemic proteolytic enzymes, so I’m reducing my daily dose to 1 capsule now to see how that goes. I believe in the anti-inflammatory science so will persevere, but it is weird as normally I don’t have any stomach issues … except with green tea which causes similar nausea, so I never drink that at all!

After years of suffering from post surgery intramuscular weakness and pain specifically in my left hip, following advice from my sports masseuse I started taking these to aid breaking down internal scar tissue & repairing damaged nerves. Thought I'd give it a go not really thinking it would make much of a difference, it couldn't be any worse than the pain and lack of strength I had in the one hip. I'm amazed at the outcome, my pain level has reduced and I'm actually able to naturally walk up/down stairs rather than one step at a time, I feel stronger in both hips and I can actually raise my left leg up when lying without needing to use my hands to help. I seriously did not expect to see such improvement and fully intend to maintain the X2 a day for the foreseeable future. My mobility has improved so much friends have commented on it, with one now following my example and ordering her own supply!!
