If I could give 0, I would. This test came back with a faint positive line. I was experiencing symptoms, so I took the test.I experienced a phantom pregnancy, which was why I had symptoms. I learned this in the hospital when I went in to double-check the positive result. This test was 100% inaccurate, as I was not pregnant, and no hCG was present in my system to give a positive result. Meaning the test was broken/expired/faulty. DO NOT buy this test to confirm a pregnancy if a urine home test doesn't give a result; go to the doctor. Save yourself the heartache of learning it was inaccurate.

I do not understand the negative reviews regarding this product. All I can say is that you have to follow the instructions VERY carefully, as there is more room for user error than using a urine pregnancy test. If you are not able to carefully follow instructions, then this product will simply be useless to you.The box contained everything needed to do the test, plus everything was of course sterile.It was very easy to extract blood from my finger and the little pipette collected the blood from my finger by just being in contact with the blood - do not squeeze the bulb!I carefully transferred the blood into the well and allowed it to soak for a few seconds before adding the solution to the well. Here is where the precision is required, as you have to add FOUR drops of solution but allow 2-3 seconds between each drop.Then I set a timer for 5 mins to allow the test to work. Results are very clear, as you can see from the photo, however I believe they are clear because I carefully followed the instructions.I would definitely use again but I would prefer to see 2 tests in the kit because there are 2 lancets and enough solution to test again. For the price, the addition of another test shouldn't be too costly for the manufacturer.Fantatsic piece of kit!

Soi got 2 faint lines on a urine sample i wanted to comfirm these with a blood test and this has come back as negative so not sure what to trust think i am going to trust the urine samples as they pooped up with 2lines immedatly and i have symptoms of pregnancy. Not keen on how the blood went along the test either as makes it harder to read.. would be more worth the price if you got 2 tests in the box.. update it turned out i was pregnant got to see my baby on an early scan at 6+6 now further along. So test unfortutantly didnt work for me.

I bought two tests and they both gave me negative results when it should have been positive.I performed my first test on a Friday and the result was negative. I then did another test on a Saturday because I was having pregnancy symptoms. This test also came back negative. On Sunday, I did a urine test in the middle of the day and the result was positive. I have done many urine tests since then and they have all been positive.Their website and instruction leaflet suggests that this test detects the pregnancy hormone before a urine test does. I don't think this is the case if it can't detect pregnancy a day before a urine test.After reading all the bad reviews I reported this to the MHRA as a defective product on this email dmrc@mhra.gov.uk

I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to about this.The test came well packaged etc and in my opinion with really good instructions of how to use.I gave it a 4* only on the fact that I had trouble with the pins (if that’s what there called) and then they both failed to work. I easily took it apart and then used the needle that way.I did have to squeeze the life out my finger :D but if you hold the pipit gently to the blood it goes up easily.I then popped the blood in the device and waited 30 seconds then added the liquid (4 drops)I waited 5 mins and then read the result.Admittedly I was sneaking peaks at the test whilst it did it’s thing but to start with it did look like a faint positive but after 5 mins it went negative so I’m guessing that’s just it at work.I would buy this again :)

I took this test on 13 DPO (CD31) and really thought this was a positive test line. It could be my own error and maybe others will think this is not a line, but I received my AF the next day so definitely not pregnant.Hard to know if I am being harsh but I will definitely stick to urine tests in future. This test was expensive and I wanted clarity but ended up more confused!PSA - do not bother with the pipette! I washed my hands in warm water, massaged my finger and this was enough to put my finger directly on the circle. Didn't need the second needle but can see why some people might. Took a while to get enough blood.
