The cost seems high but if you average it out across the use time it’s a tiny cost per bottle made. The big difference has been making a bottle in the middle of the night. Just set it down hit the button. So much easier than measuring scoops mixing it up etc. I always loose count of the scoops when half asleep that problems solved now.

I bought this and it worked well for 6 weeks. Then at 3am it just decided to stop working. It made a horrific noise and showed error code 2. No amount of cleaning and reseating the parts made it work. I called the helpline in the morning, they can only help via email. So I emailed them, they asked for videos, pictures, more pictures, copies of the receipt. 10 emails later they agreed to replace the machine. The replacement takes between 3 and 5 working days. When it turned up I spent a long time setting the machine up exactly as the manual described. It made the horrific noise and broke immediately. I have also wasted about £40 of formula in the process of doing this. I could just take the stuff that I had put into both machines, put it back into the box and use it again but I’m not sure that’s a good idea. The supplier has refused to refund that or even give me a store credit. Avoid at all costs. Buy the Tommee Tippee version, it’s cheaper and works.

I could write an essay here about how great this machine is and how it's revolutionised and eased baby feeding times in our house but I'll try and keep it short and sweet.If you are bottle feeding, or breast and bottle hybrid feeding, then give this machine some serious thought. I originally read some bad reviews about it, I think people were put off by the brand name or because it's a brand they'd not heard of before but don't be fooled, this is a magic timesaving machine.The top hopper takes a LOT of powder, not quite a full Aptamil box but nearly. Make sure you set your dosage/formula mix correctly at first use, you do this once and only once unless you change formula. It's as easy as looking up a number on the Baby Brezza website that matches your exact formula make.From then on all you need to do is top up the water reservoir on the back and clean the funnel every 4 or 5 feeds. It reminds you on the screen when to clean the funnel, they recommend getting a spare one so you've always got one clean but don't bother, it's literally a 10 second job to remove and clean, another 10 seconds to dry and put it back in place.You can pick one of three temperatures, we started on the middle temp but baby now prefers lowest temp. You can select the amount on the screen, it's annoying you can't go up and down with the selection you just keep pressing it until it loops back around to the lowest value.For those wondering how long it takes, unlike some other manufactures where you have to do a shot of hot water followed by a shake and then top up the bottle with warm/cool water. This does it all in one go. It does the shot of hot water as it's mixing the powder in, then it tops up with the correct amount of warm water afterwards to get it to the right temp and volume. The volume you select will always been slightly lower than the final volume because you select liquid volume and the powder adds to this volume. For example if you want set it to 210ml you'll end up with a bottle with around 230ml in. You get used to this and adjust the numbers accordingly.My wife and I have been using this exclusively for 6 months since breast feeding didn't work and expressing came to an end. Wouldn't change it for the world, if it broke I'd probably just buy another on next day delivery it's that important in our lives.Our only complaint, and it's a little thing but annoying, is that we wish the water reservoir was bigger, like at least twice the size, or even better have an option to plumb it in.You'll get 4-5 big bottles out of the reservoir but they've put it on the rear rather than front or side and it's in a dark smoked plastic so it's quite hard to see at a glance when it's low. Again the machine warns when water is low and it's easy to change but a bigger tank and located on the side would have been better.

The product actually worked ok initially - we kept it well maintained, cleaned and de-scaled regularly. We stored it away for 6 months and upon using it again, we got an error code which advised us to contact customer services.Customer services had no interest in trying helping us get it fixed other than offering a discount to buy a new model.Overall we only got 9 months use out of it despite keeping it in good condition.

Doesn’t meet NHS recommendation for making baby bottle. Advert does not state that the water does not reach 70 degrees. Bolo states item not eligible for return.Unable to use product!! Huge waste of money

BabyBrezza l'acquisto migliore che potessi fare in tutta la mia vita, un valido aiuto specialmente quando il bimbo odia aspettare che sia pronto il latte, 2 minuti per riscaldare l'acqua e il gioco è fatto. Il latte, miscelato viene portato ad una temperatura corporea, se si desidera una temperatura più elevata, e si ha un biberon in plastica, consiglio di riscaldarlo prima sotto acqua bollente, per poi procedere con il riempimento. Mentre se si ha uno in vetro, non serve perché trattiene meglio il calore. Lo ricomprerei...ottimo in tutto

Muy mala atención de parte del vendedor compre el aparato en Junio empecé a usarlo en septiembre lo usé hasta diciembre funcionó perfecto hasta que empezó hacer un ruido del detector de medidor de la leche le escribí al vendedor en varias ocasiones y nada ninguna contestación lo siguiente que toca es denunciar porque no me parece normal un producto que vale casi 300€ que no funcione ni 6 mesesPésimo servicio de parte del vendedor .El siguiente paso es denunciar
